Order Processing

Orders are processed from our fulfillment location in Oradea, Romania. Once your order is confirmed, we prepare it for dispatch as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Times

Romania:
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days.
Shipping cost: free.

European Union:
Standard EU delivery: 5–8 business days.

We currently ship to the following EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain.

EU shipping rates are based on the total weight of the order:
0–2 kg: €15
2–10 kg: €25
10–30 kg: €45

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Taxes and VAT

Prices displayed for Romania and the European Union include VAT where applicable.

Customs and Import Duties

Orders shipped from Romania to European Union countries are not normally subject to import duties within the EU.

We currently do not offer delivery outside the countries listed above through our online checkout.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply.

Damaged Parcels
